50% of the wine is aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels.
Tasting Note
Very expressive, with red fruit enveloped by firm, crisp acidity. Light, but at the same time intense, dry, with plenty of freshness and balance on the long finish.

Scent
Very fine, elegant, with delicate notes of wild strawberries and raspberries, mineral notes of flint, discreet smokes giving complexity.
Vinification
Whole bunch, very gentle pneumatic pressing, using only the drop must. Half fermented in stainless steel at 15ºC, the other half in new French oak barrels. In both cases, there was stirring of the fine lees post fermentation.
Pairing Suggestions | Serving Temperature
It is a serious, ambitious rosé, ideal to accompany seafood with sauce, elaborate fish dishes, pasta with clams or shrimp, exotic oriental cuisine. | 11º-12º C
